this hotel boasted a restaurant, only to discover it was just a diner without food shipment. absolutely did not receive even a simple complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't overlook these major flaws, so disappointing!

Definitely a cozy spot to come back to after a day of walking through the city and discovering landmarks like the Rees Memorial Carillon, which is just a short drive from the hotel. although the dining options could have been more varied, everything else made my experience quite memorable.

We had a fantastic time at the pool, perfect for the kids to splash around! The nearby Sky Glider and Rail Golf Course was a fun outing for all of us. The staff was attentive, and our Queen Room with two beds fit our family comfortably.

My kids wished the bistro was open longer for snacks.
